KAI Privacy Policy

This operational draft describes the planned beta process and requires final legal review before it is relied on as a legal notice.

Local-first KAI data

KAI is designed to keep core kitchen information on your device. The current beta build does not include KAI-operated cloud sync, advertising tracking, analytics, or automatic feedback upload.

Beta feedback you choose to email

If you voluntarily email feedback to [email protected], Berakah Labs, Inc. may use the information you provide for beta testing, support, troubleshooting, product improvement, and follow-up when you give permission. Access is limited to the KAI development/support team and authorized providers needed to operate email.

Optional screenshots are sent only if you attach them in your own email client. KAI does not collect screenshots automatically and does not claim to remove screenshot metadata.

Retention and deletion

Beta feedback is intended to be retained for no longer than reasonably needed for testing and issue resolution, with a working maximum of 12 months after receipt. Information may be kept longer when needed for an unresolved issue, legal obligation, security matter, or active product-development record. You may request deletion by emailing [email protected].
