Review screenshots before attaching them. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, household inventory details, financial information, medical information, precise location, or other private information. Screenshots are optional. KAI does not collect them automatically and does not claim to strip their metadata.

How email feedback is used

Feedback may be used for beta testing, support, troubleshooting, product improvement, and follow-up when you give permission. It is intended to be retained for up to 12 months unless longer retention is needed for an unresolved issue, legal obligation, security matter, or active product-development record. To request deletion, email [email protected].
